Acme Corp provides employees and authorized users access to company systems, applications, and resources necessary to perform their job functions. This includes email, collaboration tools, internal applications, and data systems.

These systems are for authorized business purposes only.


3. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Use the Services lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with company policies.
  • Review and comply with all applicable policies before accessing systems.
  • Avoid disrupting systems or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
  • Report any security incidents or policy violations to IT Security.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All company content, including documents, software, processes, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Acme Corp or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from company materials without express written permission.


5. Acceptable Use

All use of company systems must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Accessing systems without authorization
  • Sharing credentials or allowing unauthorized access
  • Installing unauthorized software
  • Transmitting malicious code or content
  • Using systems for personal gain or illegal activities

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to company systems, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, violate company policies, or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the company, its employees, or its business.


7. Security

Our systems employ security measures including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure. You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your credentials
  • Using company-approved devices and networks
  • Following security policies and procedures

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Acme Corp disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from system access or use.
  • You agree to hold Acme Corp harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs related to your use of company systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on company systems with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
